As the National Development Foundation of Dominica (NDFD) celebrates its 40th anniversary, it has also activated a limited-time promotion to extend a helping hand to the small business community which the Foundation has cared for since its founding in 1981.
With the recently launched “4 for You Pandemic Relief Loans Promotion”, the NDFD unveils a special loan package for all interested small business owners whose businesses have undoubtedly been heavily impacted by this ongoing pandemic.
Fighting Covid Business Loan – Get a loan now, start paying in 2022
This business loan is primarily targeted at small business owners who would like to do the following:
- purchase personal protective equipment (PPEs) and sanitization equipment,
- restart their business places with purchase of stock or supplies,
- pay outstanding rent and other debts caused by the pandemic-induced shutdowns
- to fulfill other related purposes.
A three-month grace period is offered to those who qualify for this loan.
A “Pandemic Shield” is another benefit offered by this business loan promotion that protects the entrepreneur from the negative impact in the event of a month-long or more prolonged national shutdown. The NDFD offers full grace on both the principal and the interest if such a shutdown occurs.

Each “4 for You Pandemic Relief Loans Promotion” loan product offers critical benefits to the client.
